There are several new High-rise residential rental towers coming on the market. The Museum Tower has opened on Montrose Boulevard. Also, Simmons Vedder & Co. has sold it's  33-story apartment tower at 3333 Allen Parkway and has converted it to high rise condos for sale. The new building is now called The Royalton at River Oaks.  Hanover Co. has developed another 33-story rental tower in the Uptown area. In the Galleria area, the "three-M" condo projects are completed and no longer under development: The Manhattan , The Montebello and the Mark. The Post Midtown has great lofts and penthouses available as well. New high rises under construction include The Orion, The Redstone, The Houstonian, The Riparian, The Briarglen, The Edge, The Empire, Palisade Palms in Galveston. These, along with several other condo towers under construction, are solidifying Houston as a high-rise market.
