I relocated to Colorado in 1993 from Massachusetts, where I operated my own professional business service, since 1966.

Once here, I decided to utilize my past, professional sales experience and put it to use as a Colorado Realtor in 1993.

I am probably one of the few Colorado Realtors that actually had 27-years of previously established, successful sales experience, prior to becoming a Realtor.

When I became a Colorado Realtor, I made a decision that I only wanted to "personally" assist my own Clients, and offer them an opportunity to experience the type of "personal attention" that I had previously offered to my own customers.

To successfully accomplish that, I knew that I was not going to be able to operate in the manner that many Realtors do all over the country.

I just didn't want to be different . . . I also wanted to be better . . . So, I intentionally decided to "personally" assist only a few Clients, at any given time.

Therefore, I can offer my undivided attention, along with some "exclusive" professional services that are not currently available from any other Realtor in Colorado.

I also figured that, I would prefer to stay active and not idle, and to successfully do that, I wanted to create a highly competitive commission program so, a designed an original "Reduced Commission" Incentive Opportunity for both my Homebuyers, as well as, my Sellers!

My "All-Save & Safe" Marketing Concepts are a "win, win, win" situation for all those that choose to participate.

My Homebuyers could save money because, I am willing to accept a "Reduced Commission" from a Seller . . . My Sellers could save money because, they have an opportunity to pay me a "Reduced Commission" fee, as low as, only: 2%, and I make money by staying busy all of the time.
